The BRCAC is Hiring

CATEGORY: News Updates | DATE: August 19, 2020

The BRCAC is currently in search of a Director of Operations (Chief Operational Officer).

At BRCAC, our strength is the efficiency with which we deliver comprehensive and leading-edge recovery services to youthful victims of violent crime. We also provide critical services to our partners in law enforcement and prosecution that seek justice for victims.

To help us continue our growth, we are expanding our leadership team to include a Chief of Operations Officer to join our highly skilled, diverse, multi-disciplinary team of staff and community partners. The ideal candidate would have proven senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting. The candidate demonstrates a proven track record of organizational, communication, and leadership skills. It is not necessary that the realm of experience is in the area of social services, childhood trauma or mental health. We are seeking a strong leader who can lead teams in a complex network of community partners working together to address child abuse. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer and Board of Directors to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success at the BRCAC.
