BATON ROUGE, La (BRPROUD) – The Baton Rouge Children’s Advocacy Center has more money to assist families across the Baton Rouge area thanks to a big donation from a local law firm.

Robert Lucky, of The Lucky Law Firm, presented BRCAC Board of Directors President Chelsea Harris with a $5,000 check, Thursday, after pledging to donate for every medal Team USA Olympians brought home from the Tokyo Olympics.

“During this pandemic they’ve been busy working with the children who have seen unimaginable, tragic events” said Lucky. “They can bring them in here and they address the issues and the things that those children have seen… they address the issue today so they don’t become a statistic tomorrow” he said.
