Hello again to our beloved Baton Rouge community and friends and stakeholders of Baton Rouge Children’s Advocacy Center! In my last report I highlighted the growing demand for services for traumatized children and our goal to make our services more accessible. The demand for services is a sad reality for cities all over the country but there’s a message in it that is positive. And, that message is that we are making steps and strides in getting through stigma and secrecy around trauma so that our young people can get help early on, rather than holding onto the pain of it into adulthood…
